Return & Refund Policy

Hey Gal, we hope you’re in love with your new items from Runway7! BUT if something ain’t quite right, it ain't quite right....

Lucky for you babe, we've got a super-easy hassle-free returns process!

1. Please contact our Customer Service via email (sales@runway7.com), indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
2. Drop off your package at the local post office.
3. We will now take it from here. Once we receive your return, it can take up to 10 working days for us to process your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be minus the original delivery charge. If your return is rejected, we will contact you by email to resolve the issue.

Return Period

If you change your mind, you can return unwanted items to us within 14 days. 

If there is any fault with your item, please notify us within 3 Working days of receiving the item so we can investigate this.

If you fail to notify us regarding a faulty product within 72 hours of receiving the item, You will not be eligible for a refund.

But if the time is within 30 days, we can refund you the equivalent coupon and bind it to your Runway7 account.

The return period starts from the day you receive all items in your order. All returns are subject to the conditions below.

Please note: Lucky Dip items, accessories, swimwear, lingerie and beauty items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

 

Return Conditions

Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases, as returned items must meet the following conditions to qualify for refund:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must not be marked with make-up, fake tan or body lotions etc.
  • Items must have all tags attached.
  • Shoes have been tried on indoors and show no sign of wear.
